HTC will release soon the latest mobile phones named HTC Explorer. The latest Android smartphones that have code name HTC Pico. At its release later, could have HTC Explorer name will replaced it as the HTC Pico or any other name that has been prepared.
HTC Explorer released for the middle class market, this means that mobile phones will be released to the market at a cheap price.
